I'm not talking about the kind of change President Obama was talking about. I'm talking about a change in the kind of politics that we have seen unravel over the past year. Republicans and Tea Parties claim to represent the majority despite numerous polls depicting their beliefs are contrary to that of the electorate. That is why I propose a new kind of candidacy - one that bases it's decision off of something other then the party platform.
What do you think of the representative platform, as in, once elected, the particular candidate votes in line with those they represent?
